| In recent years, the mine gas explosion occurred frequently and caused serious loss topeople. In order to decrease the human injury from shock wave in mine, study on animalinjury caused by gas explosion was important. At home and abroad, study on animal injury ofexplosion was always in the open environment and used explosive and detonator as explosionsource. Using flammable gas as explosion source was little. The safety standard obtained onthe ground of explosion injury to people did not apply to roadway. So study on animal injuryof gas explosion in roadway had the vital significance.The homemade combustible gas-dust explosion device of horizontal pipeline was used tosimulate the mine tunnel. We studied the influence of the methane concentration, the distanceto source of ignition, the obstacles, the put mice style and the explosive times to mice injurycaused by methane explosion. The main results of this paper are as follows:When the methane concentration was10%, CH4-Air mixture was ignited, big mice wereheavy injury and small mice died.Obstacles were put. When the methane concentration was10%, CH4-Air mixture wasignited. Big mice died and the body of small mice reduced. When the methane concentrationwas6%, big mice were not died and2small mice died. So obstacles exacerbated the casualtyrate of mice in methane explosion.CH4-Air mixture was ignited in the horizontal pipeline. When the methane concentrationwas6%, mice were not died. When the methane concentration was8%, small white micewere heavy injury, big mice were medium injury. When the methane concentration was10%,big mice and small mouse were died. When the methane concentration was12%, big micewere medium injury. When the concentration was14%, small mice were heavy injury. Theinjury of mice is different with the different pressure caused by CH4-Air mixture of different concentration. The casualty rate of mice increased first and then decreased with the increaseof the methane concentration.CH4-Air mixture was ignited. The injury of mice was different with the different ofdistance to the source of ignition of mice. When the distance was0.73m, big mice did not die,2small mice died. When the distance was2.25m, mice all died.Only big mice were put in horizontal pipeline. CH4-Air mixture was ignited. The injuryof mice was different with the different put style of mice. When the head of big mouse facedthe source of ignition, big mice were heavy injury. When the mice tail faced the source ofignition, the big mouse did not die. When the abdomen faced the source of ignition, the bigmouse died. We dissected it, finding the lung severe bleeding.In the same experimental condition, when the big mice were killed twice by explosion,big mice were burned seriously and reacted slowly. When the mice were killed the fifth timeby explosion, big mice died. When mice were killed the seventh time, big mice all died. |
