| Mold industrial products is very extensive, the purpose of this study is carried out beforethe completion of mold design simulation analysis. Through the analysis of improving themold processing and injection molding process is to improve the precision of the plasticmolding. Considering many factors in actual production, so we have to study different factorsat different levels for the influence of the parameters of the objective and significance.First of all, this paper has made the detailed description for the whole plastic moulddesign: according to the estimate volume, to determine the injection molding machine and tochose the parameters for the check; Through the observation of the characteristics of theplastic card hook, we decide to adopt a pair of one module and two cavities, the single partingsurface and side gate injection mold with insert. The key of mold is to solve the partingsurface selection, the insert structure, the side of the gate location, the layout of the coolingsystem, plastic pouring system layout, etc. In the process of design, through the analysis ofthe structure of concrete, we decide to use insert so that eliminating the side core-pullingmechanism. Finallythrough orthogonal experiment of different factor on different levels for different objectiveanalysis, we determine their minimum combination of the warp, the filling time and minimumshrinkage.
