With the continuous development of woolen sweater industry,computer flat knittingmachine gradually replaced hand flat knitting machine and occupied an important positionin the sweater industry.Due to the domestic research and development on computer flatknitting machine starting late,there is a big gap in some core technology on computer flatknitting machine with overseas technical level,even though the domestic research has madesome achievements.Also because of this,abroad with advanced technology of computer flatknitting machine manufacturer long-term monopoly the computer flat knitting machine of thehigh-end market.Servo drive,the flat knitting machine control system,decides the function andthe working efficiency of flat knitting machine, is also the key technology for nationalcomputer flat knitting machine manufacturers to enter into the high-end market.To thisend,our country launched the development of high performance computer flat knittingmachine servo drive boom.The paper takes the computer flat knitting machine head servo driver for example andintroduces the implementation of computer flat knitting machine servo drives based onF28M35dual-core processor.The main research work includes:Firstly,we Introduces the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and themathermatical model of it under the coordinate system of the A-B-C coordinate system,alpha-beta and d-q coordinate system.And we also introduces the principle of voltage spacevector control technique and its control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronousmotor.Secondly,we design hardware circuit based on demand for performance, functionalityof flat knitting machine servo drives.And we Focusing on details introducing the IGBTpower inverter circuit,the driving circuits of IGBT and the elimination of Miller effect ofIGBT.Then we divided into two parts,driving panel and control panel,to describe the rest ofthe hardware circuit in detail.Thirdly, we depict the chart of the overall structure of thesoftware system and the structure of three closed-loop control to software system.Besides,wefocuse on introducing the implementation of the three closed-loop control circuit and theprogramming of F28M35chip in servo drives.Then we analysis the realization of SVPWMcontrol of permanent magnet synchronous motor detail.Finally,through the analysis of the technical specifications of the motor running,I analyzethe correctness and reliability of the system design from the perspective of experiment.
