The thesis aims to design a current within the scope,speed stability and accurate positioning system for direct-drive motor pumping unit,carrying out research on direct-drive motor pumping unit control system.Firstly,establish the mathematical model of PMSM in different coordinate systems,analyze the direct drive motor pumping unit hanging point movement rule and suspension static load,dynamic load calculation,so that laying the groundwork for the i_d=0 vector control system design.A fuzzy controller is designed to determine the input and output variables of the fuzzy controller and the values of the variables in the domain and the correlation coefficient;It determines the language and values of each variable membership function and summarizes the expert control rules and their implication fuzzy relation and summarizes the fuzzy lookup table to determine the clarity of method.Applying GUI toolkit designs a fuzzy PI controller and using it to the pumping control system,which,in the Matlab environment built systems fuzzy control model simulation analysis.Secondly,according to the pumping unit system's main functions and technical parameters,combing with the pumping unit frequency conversion control technology,based on the i_d=0 vector control principle of PMSM,for the PMSM control system overall design and layout.Taking TMS320F240 as DSP controller,giving vector control algorithm block diagram,main program block diagram and interrupt service subroutine flow chart.Analysis of all aspects of the PMSM speed control system,with the regulator engineering methods to complete the PMSM vector control system current,speed,position three closed-loop control structure design and list the corresponding the design results.Finally,using the Matlab/Simulink software to the design of the current,speed and position three closed loop control system for virtual simulation,through the simulation to get the three closed-loop parameters,to achieve the desired control effect.
