It is a basic and neccessary data for the academic and procedural reasearch of thealcohol-water-system’s surface tension. The calculation of alcohol-water-system’s surfacetension, relevance and calculation have always been important subjects in the chemistryengineering field. As the amount of mixed objects is so large, it is impossible to calculateall of them by experiment, so it becomes more significant to calculate the alcohol-watersystem’s surface tension by the use of the limited experimental data. The model of theactivity coefficients of UNIFA functional groups is one of the achievements of the groupcontribution methods. It is widly used in the chemistry engineering field andpetrochemical industry, and has achieved great success. There are many ways to analyzedifferent kinds of groups in molecule. The context of this thesis is mainly on analysing anddividing method which based on Group priority. Also it designs correspondingprogrammers, collects different groups’ parameters, set up the database. Finally, byusing UNIFAC model and the group’s parameters, it calculates the alcohol-water system’ssurface tension, and then compares with the results. So the calculating system of thealcohol-water surface tension supported by the computer is designed and realised. On Thestructure of B/S and the database of Mysql, the developing flatform of PHP, the systemconnects Web and the database, it build a simple, extensible platform for the evaluationof the alcohol-water system’s surface tension with a good interface. It is meaningful tohave further study to the combination of the computer and the group contribution methods.Meanwhile it is practically meaningful for the evaluation of the alcohol-water system’ssurface tension in binary or multivariate system.
