In twenty-first Century, the human have to face the challenges of ecological crisis in theenjoyment of abundant material life, the serious situation forced us to re-examine relationshipbetween man and nature. In this case, domestic and foreign scholars, especially some ecologyscholars went to pay attention to the study of Marx and Engels’s ecology view and hoped tofind theoretical support form it to solve ecological problems. In addition to the introductionand conclusion, the article is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly to study the ecological concept and its related concepts, it willhelp lay a foundation for understanding the ecological view of Marx and Engels."Ecology"comes from the ancient Greek, refers to the home or our environment. Ecology mainly refersto all the creatures living in certain natural environment and the development of the state, andthe relationship of interaction between it and the environment. Simply put, ecology refers tothe relationship of biology and environmental factors, study the relationship’s subject iscalled ecology, and research on the basic concept of ecology, the basic principle and thebasic law, as a philosophical world view’s generalization on the basis of the relationshipbetween man and nature, and then draw the view to guide human to understand and transformthe nature. The view is called ecological view.The second part is the Marx and Engels’s ecological view’s Generation and evolution. Inthis part, there are two issues. The first problem is analysis of era background of Marx andEngels’s ecological view, the development of the science and technology changed therelationship between man and nature, and nature and human were destructed by the capitalistmode of production. And study the theory’s origin of Marx and Engels’s ecology view. Thesecond problem is the historical evolution of Marx and Engels’s ecological view, it mainlyanalyzes their ecological view’s germination, formation, maturation and development fourstages. Marx and Engels’s ecological view’s germination is mainly reflected in Marx’s highschool graduation thesis, doctoral dissertation, Engels’s “Wu Pei Valley letter” and otherarticles; their ecological view’s basic form is mainly reflected in Marx’s "Economic andPhilosophical Manuscripts of1844","Theses on Feuerbach", Marx and Engels’s "The Holy Family" and "German Ideology"; Marx and Engels’s ecological view’s maturation embodiedin Marx’s "On Capital", Engels’s "Du Lin Theory" and "Dialectics of Nature" and the otherwork; in the thinking of their old age, especially Marx and Engels mentioned, the opinions ofhuman civilization’s origin and diversity contain development of ecological view.The third part is the main content of Marx and Engels’s ecological view and its basiccharacteristics. Marx and Engels were acutely aware of the capitalist society has appeared theecological problem, and revealed the dialectical relationship between man and nature on thebasis of practice, and linked the ecological problems with the capitalist system, exposedthe capitalist mode of production is the root of ecological crisis, further pointed outthat only by changing the social system, it can completely eliminate the ecological crisis, thusdraw the conclusion: the ecological harmony is Marx and Engels’s ecological view’s valuetarget. Marx and Engels’s ecological view’s basic characteristics include practical, systematicand humanity.The fourth part is the contemporary value of Marx and Engels’s ecological view, Marxand Engels’s ecological view is combined with the reality, and find the path from it to solvethe human survival crisis of contemporary: we should speed up the construction of ecologicalcivilization; we should improve the development and use of resources; we should improvethe system of strict assessment; we should consciously abide by the ecological ethics system;we should actively pursue the green consumption pattern; we should vigorously promote theconstruction of the beautiful China.In order to solve the present ecological crisis, we need to analyze and study Marx andEngels’s concept, and combining it with the reality, then we hope to find a solution from itabout the ecological crisis, in order to achieve the harmonious development of human, natureand society.
