In this paper, the second mine ventilation system of Jin Chuan Group is the object of study, the mine ventilation simulation system (MVSS) which is developed by Liaoning Technical University is applied to build the second mine ventilation system, we focus on the study of ventilation system emergency transformation and optimization after the14-line main air shaft of the second main collapsed, we analyze the problems remained in the ventilation system after the14-line main air shaft of the second main collapsed, propose appropriate emergency ventilation system transformation and optimization effectively. In a short period of time, by the reuse of the western main shaft, the air-return system is adjusted from14-line main air shaft back to the western main shaft; We added a panel auxiliary return air fans, increasing the return air force; We use air curtain airflow control technology, main ramp, the transportational level of road are carried out a series of air flow control and other technological innovation, the emergency ventilation system is establish, we maintain the special ventilation roadway by carring out the repair, reducing the flow resistance, the emergency ventilation system has been optimized by installing a local merry regulation facilities, which effectively alleviate the destruction of ventilation system of the return air shaft after the14-line main air shaft of the second main collapsed, meet the mine production safety needs basically. At the same time, the study of adjustion of the ventilation system is conducted after14-line main air shaft returns back into operation. The air system is re-adjust from the western main shaft line to the14-line main air shaft, with the help of ventilation simulation system, the adjustion and technological innovation have been made to solve the problems about the panel, transport level, the main ramp and the local exhaust ventilation, to ensure a reliable transitional ventilation system.
