With mining scale,mining depth increase,the complexity of geological conditions and the improvement of mechanization makes mine mining conditions and mode of production,great changes have appeared in the ventilation system with one wing of the mine 1s becoming more common,Due to the single wing of inlet and return air shaft ventilation system is set in the field of the same side,its ventilation system with wind flow line is too long,ventilation resistance is big,the problem such as air volume concentration,seriously affects the safety of mine production and workers.In this paper,the formation causes,common problems and optimization methods of single-wing ventilation system are studied.Through reading a large number of literature and field research,the causes and common problems of single-wing ventilation system are analyzed and summarized.Ltd.was in shandong coal mine as an example,on the basis of field investigation data,determination of ventilation,systematic analysis of the main problems of the single wing ventilation system,such as the total ventilation resistance as high as 3796.6 Pa,return air roadway in winds of up to 14.7 m/s inlet and return airflow roadway is too concentrated,the problem such as "three areas" resistance distribution is not reasonable.In order to solve these problems,this paper USES mine 3 d simulation system ltd.was built a 3 d simulation model of single wing of coal mine ventilation system,by comparing the model calculating data and actual data to verify the effectiveness of the 3 d simulation model.For single wing ltd.was coal mine ventilation system is optimized to study and formulate optimization scheme,through the simulation of ventilation system optimization scheme,after the mine total resistance reduced to 2743.3 Pa,before the optimization by 23%;The wind speed of the return roadway decreased to 7.8m/s.Ltd.was set up in the region,and the single wing ventilation system in the middle of the coal mine 3 d simulation model,the medium-term forecast analysis production potential ventilation problems,and puts forward three kinds of ventilation system optimization retrofit scheme,finally using grey correlation analysis to select the best scheme.To some extent,it provides a theoretical basis for analyzing and solving the problems of single-wing ventilation system in mine.
