| Massive discharges of polluted waste in the mine ware seriously damaged to the ecological environment. A series of problems about ecologic and environment, such as surface subsidence, ecosystem destruction in mining area, land occupied and destroyed, air pollution and natural disasters, and it has already become a kind of serious social harm. At present, the methods which has adopted to dispose of the mine solid wastes in the world mainly have used for building material, filling the goaf, recycling useful components, reclamation,and so on. Such works have already gotten good results. Filling the goaf is an effective way to dispose of the mine solid wastes, there have took advantages of the source control and recycling, which has been used at some mines in the world.Filling mining method is adopted in Jinchuan copper and nickel mine. More than13,000,000tons waste-rock were stored on surface and the number of waste-rocks was produced exceed850,000tons per year. More than100,000,000tons tailings were stored on surface and the number of tailings was produced exceed7,000,000tons per year. But,the utilization rate of Waste-rock and tailings was less than1%now, which caused seriously waste of mineral resources and polluted the environment with the hidden trouble of safety.Through compared the methods that has been adopted to dispose of solid waste in Jinchuan copper and nickel mine, the study put forward the control measure which used waste-rock and tailings to fill the goaf.This experimental study to determine the process flow throughout researched on the fractions of waste-rock and tailings in Jinchuan copper and nickel mine. Meantimes, the concrete must achieve the required strength. The system of experimental study is mainly composed of pipe system and preparation system. It will acquire the basic technical parameters by which tested various parameters under the condition of loop and analysed the proportion of mixture, slurry properties of flowed and transported, it proved the technology for Filling mining is available.Mix ratio of waste rock and tailings filling slurry as the size of waste-rock is-16mm, used the whole tailings, used the P.C32.5reinforced composite Portland cement. Waste-rock and tailings ratio as6.0:4.0and concentration of77%to79%. The amount of Portland cement is260kg/m5added. The diameter of pipe between110mm to150mm.By analysed the rheological properties and flow characteristics in pipe of slurry, it considered that the slurry is a viscoelastic plastic. It established the visco elastoplastic model of slurry. Slurry is similar to Bingham flow. The correlation exists transportation resistance in pipeline, slurry concentration and pipe diameter. It lays a theoretical foundation for the waste-rock and tailings for underground filling. Overall, this study explored an effective way to dispose of solid waste in Jinchuan copper and nickel mine. It meets the requirements for industrial ecology and circular economy. It has reference significance for other solid waste of mine disposal. |
