The cutting fluid used in traditional machining in pouring directly is limited, becausethe environment protection and the sustainable development are required. Theseinsufficient are conquered by aerial fog trace lubrication cutting technology. Low pressure, consumption and high quality atomization are included in the method which satisfied theincreasing machining efficiency demand. However, the current aerial fog trace lubricationcutting technology research and application is consummated. So, exploratory research onthe structure parameters within the Nozzle and its injection parameters is studied in thispaper included following respects:(1) The aerial fog trace lubrication cutting technology mechanism is studied and theadvantage is analyzed. An atomization system is completed according to cuttingcharacteristic and related simulation is discussed.(2) Combining the cutting temperature and pressure distribution, the jet orientationand angle are selected. A fan nozzle with atomizing air is designed.(3) Cording to the nozzle, the modules are established for internal mixing flow filed, the jet flow field and the down flow field, and the working parameters and the structureparameters are optimized by the fluid simulation analysis.(4) The atomizing effect is tested by the jet simulation, and explored the applicationin cutting. An atomizing system is build for the independent research and development fannozzle with atomizing air. The simulation test showed: the favorable atomizing effect isobtained using the nozzle in lower working pressure, and the particular cutting arearequirements are met by the flow cross-section shape. Therefore, this technology ispopularized by the application in cutting field....
