Cement industry is a very important industry in a national economy, huge energy consumption accompanied in cement production process. At present stage,the main production processes is the new dry process, which pre-calciner kiln system is the core part, its energy consumption directly affects the energy efficiency and economy benefits. In this paper, thermodynamic methods is used for kiln system for thermal calibration, as the same as the comprehensive analysis of the distribution of energy kiln system, in the last, explore effective energy-saving methods. The main work is showed as follows:1. By means of CFD numerical simulation method, offering the correction and reference of heat balance testing point position. Verified the accuracy of variable diameter pipe, below and preheater rear channel points, based on which, get the reasonable stationing sampling points, developed a computer aided method of heat balance test.2. Carry out the detailed thermal calibration for3#line based on the physical truth. Especially considered the power station wind, net coal feeding wind, returning air of the cooler, heat collector on the kiln shell surface, damage of the coating and irregular pipeline, and so on. According the test, we get the more systematic rotary kiln thermal measurement and methods, which has a very important significance for the thermal calibration work in the future.3. Analyzed the cause of the coal consumption and heat consumption, then analyzed energy conserving potential of the production line. We found that the surface heat of the kiln and low temperature wind heat possess a huge energy saving potential.4. Measured the heat transfer effcet of the heat cover on the kiln body surface, explored the influence of adding the heat cover to the heat dissipation, ensuring the kiln production be normal.In order to recover the huge but wasting heat of low-temperature wind, design an appropriate heat recovery boiler based on the heat balance testing analysis. Measured the soot formation conditions of the power plant, which has been built in SUNNSY group before. Based on the measurement, designed a waste heat boiler model, simulate its tubes arrangement and heat transfer performance.
