Energy conservation has been raised to a very important level,and some people even call energy conservation the "second energy".The implementation of energy-saving improvements by enterprises can not only alleviate government energy supply and construction pressure,reduce waste gas pollution and protect the environment,but more importantly,allow enterprises to reduce energy consumption and reduce their own operating costs.For this purpose,aiming at the waste of waste heat and energy in the production process,establish a relatively complete comprehensive utilization plan of resources.A large amount of compression heat is generated when the compressor is running.The energy consumed by the compression heat accounts for 85% of the unit's operating power.Usually,this part of the energy is exchanged into the atmosphere through the air-cooled or water-cooled system of the unit.The five-year operating cost of the compressor system: the initial equipment investment and equipment maintenance cost of the system accounted for 23% of the total cost,while the electrical energy consumption(electricity cost)accounted for 77%.Almost all system waste is ultimately reflected in the electricity cost.According to the above technical problems,research and provide a compressor waste heat recovery and utilization system,which is characterized by including a compressor,a heat exchanger,and a warm water type lithium bromide absorption chiller.One end of the heat take-in heat exchanger is connected to the compressor through the hot air pipe,one side of the heat take-in heat exchanger is connected to the warm water type lithium bromide absorption chiller through the hot water pipe and cold water pipe,and the warm water type lithium bromide absorption chiller is connected to the cooling tower,The cooling tower provides cooling circulating water.This project studies the heat generated by the compressor to the heat exchanger.The heat exchanger replaces high-temperature air with hot water.The hot water drives the lithium bromide refrigerator to produce cold water,so that the heat of the compressor can be fully utilized and waste is avoided.Recycle the waste heat of the compressor to produce hot water.The design scheme of this project was born under the premise that several factors such as environmental protection,energy saving,and operating cost are dominant.
