In this paper, with the purposes of increased the value of chlorinated polyethylene, the structure of hindered phenol which grafted chlorinated polyethylene(CM),mobility properties and the effect as a antioxidants in isoprene rubber were studied.Hindered phenol AO-60/chlorinated polyethylene composite polymer and AO-2246grafted CM polymer were successfully developed. The mobility properties, thermal stability, aging properties of two polymers were excellent. Meanwhile, used spray drying techniques, the lignin of hollow microspheres structure was prepared. The experimental results showed that, mechanical properties and thermal stability of CM/the lignin of hollow structure composite were better than those of normal lignin. Finally, the research of chlorinated polyethylene butadiene rubber elastomer were conducted. The results showed that, the tear strength of the vulcanizates would be improved with increasing of CM. The experimental results will now be summarized as follows:The aging resistance and thermal stability of AO-60/CM composite polymer were enhanced with increasing the loading in a range of hindered phenol AO-60; With the hindered phenol AO-60was added, the curing induction period and the vulcanization rate of composite polymer were increased;300%modulus and hardness of AO-60/CM composites were improved with increasing of hindered phenol AO-60.However, the elongation at break of the vulcanizates would be decreased with increasing of hindered phenol AO-60. The tensile strength and tear strength appeared maximum value at the hindered phenol AO-60loading of30phr; It showed that the suitable loading of hindered phenol AO-2246was20phr for CM-g-AO-2246polymer. The antioxidant-polymer would not change the aging properties compare with that of AO-2246for isoprene rubber; Not only the graft polymer by AO-2246and CM could improve the thermal stability of vulcanized rubber, but also it will reduce the mobility of hexane solution.of isoprene rubber.CM-g-AO-2246could improve the compatibility of chlorinated polyethylene and butadiene rubber. Meanwhile, it can also increase the scorch time, curing time, activity of vulcanization, the capacity of rubber and carbon black with the modified lignin loading.The modified lignin can be effectively to increase the mechanical properties of lignin/CM composite materials. The tensile strength appeared maximum value at the hindered phenol AO-60of30phr of lignin/CM composites.The thermal stability of the composites were improved with the amount of lignin increasing.
