TR forging technology is used for large crankshaft manufacturing, in which special equipment is installed on general hydropress machine. Traditional TR forging technology and die parts design use manual design methods and mainly depend on engineer’s experience. To redevelop the TR forging system of crankshaft benefits the enterprise by improving design efficiency, diminishing design time period, which is an effective way for the enterprise to enhance competence in today’s market. This thesis mainly focuses on the redeveloping technology of SolidWorks 2007. By using the software engineering method, it fulfills the CAD/CAPP system for TR forging of crankshafts, which have realized the computer aided design and can produce the 2D Draft of all the working parts of TR forging automatically. |
