This is also for the air force chief is scratching his head.Throughout the world in a flying accident, for the most part are also human responsibility. But since1990, human responsibility of civil aviation accident rate plummeted, the reason is that the civil aviation system spread the effect after crew resource management. However, the purpose of the civil aviation flight and air force flight is different, not by direct reference to the introduction of our army. Civil aviation flight, do everything possible to ensure flight safety, do not need to pilot continuously surpass ourselves. The forces of flight is to break through the security line, improve the pilot’s flight technology, to adapt to the modern war. For the pilot, improve flight technology and ensure flight safety is contradictory, such as low-level flight, aerobatics. So, force crew resource management should be to want to focus on how to ensure safety on the basis of improving technology of flight.At the end of2008, the air force policymakers to reduce accidents, by importing international domestic civil aviation crew resource management, greatly reduce the accident rate after decided to crew resource management into the air. Due to the differences of the civil aviation flight and forces, chief decided to transport, selected bombing forces for crew resource management. And due to our hospital is the origin of train transportation, bomber pilots, and flight college as the pilot unit, I take flight instructor as the main body research and gradually adapt to the forces of flight crew resource management unit, and reduce human error by crew resource management application, and then on the basis of ensuring flight safety, improve the pilot flight technology.After the introduction of crew resource management, we changed the understanding of human error on thought. Change from criticism to punish people all make mistakes, errors must be reduced by other means. After improvement ideas, through the three stages:flight teaching ground preparation stage, air flight, flight after evaluation research and implementation of related content. Also made a related tools. Through decent preparation stage tools and examination system reform measures, improved the mentality of students learn how to fly, students from "want me to flight" into "I want to fly". Air teaching stage, through research and improve teaching students cockpit communication and situation awareness, improve the technology of flight. Flight after evaluation stage, through the formulation of norms constraint teach students schedule time and content, for the situation to carry on the evaluation of the day and the next flight day request, in order to improve the technology are summarized, and the next flight day flight request. Psychological training of pilots, focusing on the special case of flying cadets psychological training training and research, through the simulator, formulate special sentiment for manual, air simulation situation methods of practice drills, training students’ability of the special circumstances of treatment, can let students specific cases appear in the air, calm processing, ensure flight safety.The past five years, in the process of research and application, my flight school smoothly to ensure the flight safety.
