Objectives:1. To evaluate and analyse the use situation of antihypertensive drugs in hospitalizedpatients, which conducts in some three first class hospital in Shaanxi xi’an. The aim ispromote the rational use of antihypertensive drugs in clinical.2. To know the situation of antihypertension medication adherence and analyse it’srisk factors, in order to provide the scientific basis for the nursers to do health educationwork. Finally, improve the medication adherence and the control rate of patients with highblood pressure.Methods:1. We interviewed the total of210hospitalized hypertension patients in November2011to June2012, and monitored the antihypertensive drugs which they used through thegeneral data questionnaire and the doctor’s advice. We also monitored the patients’hypertension values and adverse effects.2. We interviewed the total of300hospitalized hypertension patients in January toAugust2012and to investigate the general data, the medication adherence, hypertension knowledge, health-promoting lifestyle hospitalized patients with hypertension. To analysethe risk factors of medication adherence through single factor logistic regression andmultiariable logistic regression.Results:1. In the antihypertensive drugs which210hospitalized hypertension patients used,β-Receptor Blocker (β-RB), Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI) andCalcium Antagonists (CA) used frequently, respectively is29.04%,23.46%and20.00%.The compound preparations used least, only2.12%. Benazepril hydrochloride tablets, metroprolol succinate, levamlodipine besylate tablets, bisoprolol fumarate tablets, valsartan capsules used most in every kind drug. Captopril tablets, felodipine tablets, arotinolol hydrochloride tablets, valsartan amlodipine, valsartan and hydrochlorothiazidetablets, felodipine tablets and arotinolol hydrochloride tablets used least. In the scheme ofdrug used, single-drug is19.04%, drug combination is80.96%, the combination of twodrugs is the most type. The blood pressure is significantly lower when the patients leavehospital. There are three patients show a facial blushing, dry cough, and ankle oedemasymptoms.2. The medication adherence score is2.48±1.43. There are102patients have a highlevel and198patients have a low level respectively is34.00%and66.00%. Thehypertension knowledge score is7.48±2.46and43.67%of all patients have a high level. The health-promoting lifestyle score is126.00±16.94.40.33%of all patients have a goodlifestyle, among which,117patients are well and4patients are excellent.59.67%of allpatients don’t have a good lifestyle, among which,175patients are in common and4patients are poor. Age, place of residence, average monthly income, and interpersonalsupport are the influence factors of medication adherence. The medication adherence ofelderly over60is better. The medication adherence of urban patients is better than town’sand rural’s, and the rural’s is the worst. The medication adherence of the average monthlyincome is3000~4000is better than others. The medication adherence is better withhigher level social support. Conclusions:1. The utilization of the antihypertensive drugs is in accordance with the《Hypertension Treatment Guidelines2010》. β-RB、CAand ACEI are commonly used inclinical. The compound preparations used least probably because it is expensive. In future,we should use it much more. There are some problems in antihypertensive use situation. We should give full play to the advantages of nurses and promote the rational use ofantihypertensive drugs.2. The rate of medication adherence is34.00%and it is very low. Age, place ofresidence, average monthly income, and interpersonal support are the influence factors ofmedication adherence. We should adopt corresponding strategies and nursing measures toimprove the rate of medication adherence.
