Objective: Treatise of dangguisini decoction is too brief on shanghanlun, and thissoup has experienced thousands of years of research and clilical validation, thereis a wealth of experience wisdom in it. It is necessary to comb the low ofprescription and syndrome of Dangguisini decoction, in order to guide the clinicaluse more accurately and normatively.Methods: According to different nature of literature, we provide the researchsubjects into five parts: theory literature, prescription literature, medical cases,clinical observation and pharmacological experiments literature. According to theliterature type and the different research needs, we adopt the methods of contextinterpretation and frequency data statistics to investigate the regulation ofdangguisni decoction.1）Through the analysis of theory literature and prescriptionliterature, summarize the characteristic of prescription and syndrome in ancient,including sources, textual research, pathogenesis, efficacy, symptoms and so on.2）Through the analysis of frequency data statistics, revealling the low of prescriptionand syndrome (including disease, symptoms, physical, dosage forms, drug changes,etc.3) Research on pharmacological experiments literature confirm andcomplement the prescription and syndrome.4）Discussing the related issues, suchas whether there is dry ginger an aconite in prescription, the toxicity of the Tongcao,the usage of the peeled of Guizhi and so on.Results:1. With The Textual Research，we find that Tongcao in decoction isMutong now in fact, it is non-toxic; guizhi is rougui now; and herbaceous peony iswhite herbaceous peony.2. The pathogenesis characteristics of Dangguisinidecoction: deficiency or disharmony between ying and wei, coldness stagnation,veins road impassability.3. The efficacy of Dangguisini soup: Warming the channelto remove coldness, regulating the Ying and wei, promoting blood circulation toremove blood stasis, analgesia and anti-inflammatory, and spasmolysis.4. Spectrum of disease: gynecology and obstetrics: gynecological; dirmatologicaldiseases: Raynaud’s diseaes; bone surgery: frozen shoulder and thromboangiitisobliterans; circulatory system: coronary heart disease; neuropsychiatric diseases:neuropathy.5. Main symptoms: cold limbs, painess, aversion to cold, pale face,tongue pale within white fur, pulse deep and thin.6. General application: Both themen and women can be attacked by the disease which can be treated by theDangguisini soup(we called “Dangguisini disease” for short in the following),slightly more female patients；The Dangguisini disease can occur in all ages ofpeople, but the majority of21-60year-old adults, accounting for83.5%；The occurof Dangguisini disease has obvious relationship with the season, mainlyconcentrated in the autumn and winter; Constitution: emaciation.7. The main drugsof Dangguisini decoction contains Danggui, Guizhi, herbaceous peony andchinese-date.8. Commonly flavored drugs: astragalus, ginger, evodia.Conclusion: The habitus with deficiency or disharmony between ying and wei, afterthe cold stimulation, coldness stagnation, veins road impassability, which is thepathogenesis evolution of prescription and syndrome of dangguisini decoction. Theefficacy of Dangguisini soup: Warming the channel to remove coldness, regulatingthe Ying and wei, analgesic and anti-inflammatory,promoting blood circulation toremove blood stasis and antispasmodic effect. Seize the characteristics ofpathogenesis and efficacy, this soup can be applied to a multi-system disease basedto Jueyin syndrome.
