| Objectives: Compare the clinics, pathological features and prognosis of familial breastcancer and sporadic breast cancer.Methods: A retrospective analysis of396cases of breast cancer which divided intofamilial breast cancer group and sporadic breast cancer group.Than Compare theclinics, pathological features and prognosis between two groups.Results: Two groups did not have any significant difference in the clinicalpathological aspect. The results of univariate analysis of comparing the two groups ofoverall survival, disease-free survival, distant metastasis-free survival rates were notstatistically significant.The disease-free survival, distant metastasis-free survival ratesof young familial breast cancer and hormone receptor-positive patients were poorer.Conclusions:Familial breast cancer could be the same with sporadic breast cancer inclinical treatment.Young familial breast cancer and hormone receptor-positivepatients may need to take more active systemic treatment and closer follow-up. |
