Objective Evaluation of various treatment efficacy in the treatment ofdeep venous thrombosis, And draw the best treatment for Acute lower-limbdeep vein thrombosis. Methods The system retrieves the PubMed database、 China AcademicJournal、 Chinese Biomedical Database、 WEIPU Database、 WanfangDatabase、 CNKI Chinese HowNet、 Foreign Language Medical biologicalHowNet, Retrieval time for building adatabase to December2012.Inspection the Reference Supplement included in the study. Included inall studies using randomized controlled trial of the efficacy of thrombolyticanticoagulant therapy for patients with Acute lower-limb deep vein thrombosisevaluation methodological quality of included studies. applicationRevMan5.0software to Test for heterogeneity and application of the fixedeffects model or random effects model to calculate the odds ratio (OR) and95%CI.Results A total of14randomized controlled trials. Meta-analysis resultsshow:in the treatment of Acute lower-limb deep vein thrombosis program:takeof thrombolysis anticoagulant therapy the contrast in the of anticoagulanttherapy alone in total efficiency of the merger pooled odds ratio (P<0.00001OR=4.08its95%CI (2.77-6.02)), In the specific anticoagulantthrombolytic therapy method, using the contact catheter thrombolysis withintravenous thrombolysis around in the total efficiency of the pooled oddsratio=7.90(P <0.00001OR merge its95%CI (4.84-12.88)).The differencewas statistically significant. Conclusions From the the Meta analysis results of the experiment showanticoagulant combined thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of Acutelower-limb deep vein thrombosis, better than the simple effect of anticoagulanttherapy, In anticoagulant combined thrombolytic therapy, the effect of theCatheter directed thrombolysis better than peripheral intravenousthrombolytic effect.
