PurposeThis retrospective survey research Shanxi Hospital orthopedic incidence of deep venous thrombosis before January 2012 to December 2013 fracture surgery patients and to analyze its related risk factors.MethodA retrospective survey of Shanxi University Hospital orthopedic clinical data from January 2012 to December 2013 in patients with lower extremity fractures, treatment records in accordance with its relevant history, collected data, including basic patient information, medical history, personal history, admission primary diagnosis, hospitalization complications, coagulation, D- dimer levels, the results of deep venous ultrasonography. According to the medical records related research assignment statistics, statistical software SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis.Result(1) Shanxi Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 a total of 168 cases of fracture patients, male 86 cases, female 82 cases, aged 31-97 years, mean age (69.6±9.2) years of age. By ultrasonography in patients with deep venous thrombosis diagnosed with deep vein that two cases of DVT dominant patients, the rate was 2.3%; addition, there are clinical symptoms or circumference was significantly higher D-dimer but not deep -operative patients with venous ultrasonography of 33 patients,ie 37.5% of patients with DVT recessive. Analysis of related factors (2) of deep vein thrombosis were as follows:age increased significantly over 70 years in patients than in patients with deep vein thrombosis incidence of other ages; influence of gender on deep vein thrombosis was not significant; admission primary diagnosis for patients with femoral neck fracture patients than other diagnoses such as osteonecrosis of the higher incidence of deep vein thrombosis; preoperative associated with lung disease, cancer, diabetes perioperative incidence of deep vein thrombosis increased; previous history patients with a history of brake probability of deep vein thrombosis increases; preoperative D- dimer levels greater than 500ug/L, after the D- dimer was significantly higher than the preoperative value (the difference is greater than 50% before surgery) risk patients, the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis increased significantly, especially with lower limb swelling suspected deep vein thrombosis in patients with clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment should be further clear of deep vein using ultrasound.Conclusionage, weight, preoperative comorbidities (such as diabetes, cancer, lung disease), history of previous braking, D- dimer levels greater than 500ug/L is a major risk factor for fractures in patients with DVT, the need to attract clinicians attention.
