Backgrounds:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (Coronary heart disease.CHD) is a global health problem, has become a human being catastrophic diseases. People have been actively exploring a variety of methods to treat coronary heart disease. Formation of coronary collateral circulation (Coronary collateral circulation, CCC) is an important compensatory mechanism of the heart in the coronary hypoperfusion, the formation of coronary collateral circulation can narrow the area of acute myocardial infarction, improvement in left ventricular function, reduce the mortality rate of patients with coronary heart disease. Has an important value of coronary stenosis. Further study the formation of collateral arteries, and explore how to effectively promote therapeutic collateral artery formation, may provide a new method for the treatment of coronary heart disease, serum NT-proBNP levels of collateral circulation in patients with coronary occlusion whether about? Coronary occlusion in patients with recent prognosis? Have not been reported. Objective:To investigate the relationship of patients with coronary artery occlusion of NT-ProBNP concentration and coronary collateral circulation (CCC)Methods:The study included104patients who underwent coronary angiography at the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical university and were found to have total coronary occlusion in at least one major coronary artery, Serum concentrations of NT-proBNP was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay; using Rentrop method of coronary collateral circulation classification.Results:104patients.36patients with coronary collateral circulation is poor.68patients with coronary collateral circulation is good; the two groups in age, sex. history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of hyperlipidemia, smoking history, body mass index, history of myocardial infarction, drug use and occlusion of coronary collaterals grading were not statistically significant (P>0.05); non-performing group with a good group of serum NT-proBNP concentration difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)as collateral graded increase in NT-proBNP levels reduce; Spersman analysis showed (r=-0.852, P<0.001), serum NT-proBNP concentration and coronary collateral circulation was negatively correlated; Binary logisticregression analysis showed (P<0.001, b=-0.006, OR0.994,95%CI0.992-0.997) serum NT-proBNP concentration independent factors affecting the formation of coronary collaterals. Conclusions:This study showed that in patients with coronary artery occlusion, coronary collateral formation of poor of serum NT-proBNP concentration was significantly higher than the collateral to form a good, suggesting that high serum NT-proBNP may be the formation of a coronary collaterals unfavorable factors..
