| Objective:It heavily affects procreation health of women of childbearing age that high rate of miscarriage. This article aims to understand the reason why women of childbearing age in Taiyuan city want to induced abortion operation and knowing and using of urgency contraception. For extending procreation health education, contraception and urgent contraception; to reduce the rate of induced abortion operation and improve procreation health service, to provide the basis for strength contraception service after induced abortion in medical institutions.Measure:Choose visiting women of early pregnancy and want to termination of3hospitals in Taiyuan city to questionnaire investigate, including general sociology situation, using contraception method, reason of the miscarriage and using of urgent contraception drug etc. For women of using urgent contraception drug, investigate of questionnaire2, understanding using method of urgent contraception drug, and estimate they use urgent contraception drug in the future.Statistical data is analysis by spss19.0, test rate comparison by X2.Result:The age of women investigated is from17to47, among which majority is from20to29, unmarried women is18.1; for education degree, ratio of undergraduate students is highest, after it is high school student and junior middle school students; ratio of repeated miscarriage is higher, ratio of previous miscarriage reach to58.2%, most is8times.Using situation of contraception method:about11.1%of induced abortion women haven’t used any contraception measure,71.9%of induced abortion women have used1-2contraception methods. Using rate of male condoms is highest, secondly is safety period and in vitro sperm row.Reason for miscarriage:73.0%haven’t used any contraception measure, mainly because have the lucky psychology, secondly is lack of contraception knowledge, have no contraceptives to use and feel trouble to contraception.Knowing rate of urgent contraceptive is68.9%, while using rate is only20.4%, using rate is obviously lower than the knowing rate, and the correct using rate is obviously lower than knowing rate, mainly because the error time of mediation and many times sexes without protection.Conclusion:1. Unmarried is one of the groups who can not be ignored; Young people from20to29who’s reproductive function exuberant is the subject of induced abortion; rate of repeated miscarriage is high; these are3characters of all those polled. The unemployed and people of liberal professions are30percent of all;and in the group the rate of bachelor’s degree people is higher.So we need to strengthen publicity education and contraceptive knowledge2. Women of childbearing age have had sexual life even pregnancy history, but they are still lack of common sense of procreation health and contraception knowledge. So the main reason of unwanted pregnancy is that they have not taken measures by luck psychology, secondly is lack of contraception knowledge, no contraceptives and feel trouble of contraception. Contraceptives method of most childbearing age women is compared single. So,the main knowledge we should show is pregnancy physiology and contraceptive knowledge. 3. The rate of repeated abortion is high,and the complication is high,so it is needed to establish special services after miscarriage.4. The knowledge rate of urgent contraception drug is68.9%, while using rate is only20.4%, among which includes quite a few part wrong using method due to failure of urgent contraception drug; and the main method of gaining of urgent contraception drug in our city is from pharmacy, one of the main reasons of urgent contraception drug failure haven’t had correct guidance.The future of urgent contraception drug is not optimistic, only10%polled make clear that they will use urgent contraception drug continuously, while most said it depends or not use these drug; lack of correct guidance of related department. |
