Investigation And Analysis Of Contraceptive And Sexual Behavior Among Female Students In Nanning Area Of Guangxi

Object:To know the status of reproductive of femal colleges students of Nanning city and universities. To discover the situation of sexul activities, knowlegde about birthcontroling, level of abortion amont them, as well as the aception of Post Abortion Care(PAC),aim to explore the conditioning of PAC servise degree. In order to provide scientific basis of progressing high quality reproductive health education and birth control service and PAC.Method:Refer to the national committee of planning design of women’s contraceptive questionnaire for university students’ sexual behavior, fertility, extent of contraceptive knowledge, accept the case of PAC and investigating the contraceptive knowledge demand, to Nanning area by using the method of random investigated in the colleges of "comprehensive, arts, medical, technical", and 1033 female university students of the colleges and universities as a quantitative investigation. Materials approved by Microsoft Excel input data, the SPSS 16.0 software for the related data for statistical analysis. Results:1033 effective questionnaires were recycling in this study. Results the analysis showed that:(1) The incidence of premarital sexual behavior in female college students is not high, had had sex accounted for 27.49% of the sample; Incidence with age and sex and grade is set higher and higher; Female college students part of sex,76.06% had precautions within half a year, the main contraception is given priority to with condoms, birth control pills and rhythm;(2) On female college students to the basic knowledge of contraception and birth control awareness and judgement is low, the higher the degree the contraceptive knowledge to understand more;(3) Participate in the investigation of female college students, basic rules of the menstrual cycle, the quantity is moderate, dysmenorrhea is mild in more; (4) Has a history of artificial abortion of female college students,72.73% had PAC services, and agree on the PAC service, PAC for female college students postoperative efficient implementation of birth control and abortion repeated miscarriage happens; The PAC mission, the risk of female college students of artificial abortion, such as the impact of high awareness, less without PAC have obvious difference; (5) Most of the female college students need contraceptive knowledge propaganda and guidance, and tend to lectures, books, publicity materials and other related sources contraceptive knowledge;(6) Main tendency to participate in the investigation of female college students choose to maternity hospital or health care of women and children, comprehensive hospitals in induced abortion.Conclusion:1、Incidence of female university students’ sexual behavior is not high, but the person that has a history of induced abortion proportion is big, lack ego to protect consciousness; Most of sexual life of female college students in sexual behaviors will take contraceptive measures, contraceptives and condoms as the main; 2、Guangxi nanning area college female students generally don’t have a high level of understanding of contraceptive knowledge； 3、Most of the female college students in school the menstrual cycle, menstrual mild dysmenorrhea majority; 4、PAC service after artificial abortion of female college students to carry out the effective contraception have the effect of strong, can correctly guide the female college students to choose suitable methods of contraception, and can significantly reduce the repeat abortion rate; 5、Female college students in school of contraceptive knowledge demand intensity is big, to books, lectures, publicity materials and consultation to get take contraceptive knowledge of the channel; 6、Maternity hospital and general hospital has become the mainstream in the female university students choose to abortion medical institutions.Suggestions:To develop knowledge of contraception and birth control can promote college students’ sexual health education; To strengthen sexual moral education, and help students establish the scientific attitude towards sex; Give priority to with the school, combined with family and social reproductive health education in various ways.
