A Study On The Evaluation Indicator System For Nursing Safety Management In Operation Room

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to establish the impact of operating room nurses care safetymanagement at all levels to establish a comprehensive operating room nursing safetymanagement evaluation index system, to regulate the content and elements of the operatingroom nursing safety management evaluation for the establishment of surgical patientssecuritysystem management tools. Also offers a basis and quantitative criteria for operating roomnursing safety management level, at the same time reflect the "safety culture", the urgent needto protect patient safety.Methods:1.to carry out literature and data collection, collation and analysis, in order to fully graspthe situation and development trend at home and abroad preoperative visits, and timelyfollow-up study to update and complement the literature.2.through expert interviews, literature review, operating room patient care safety evalua-tion framework initially established on the basis of existing experience3. After two rounds of Delphi expert advice to develop the operating room patient caresafety evaluation index system.4.Survey to understand the operating room patient care safety status quo, verify andmodify the operating room patient safety evaluation index system developed to study thestatus of the operating room patient safety in Shanghai.Results:1.qualitative interviews clinical nurses, were extracted from four themes:(1) the demandfor the safety of the operating room environment;(2) the demand for medical personnel andtechnical safety;(3) psychological security requirements;(4) body care security needs.2.by two Delphi expert advice, build contains3level indicators,11secondary indicators,including60three indicators room nursing safety management evaluation index system.3.Derived by the Survey:(1) the degree of mastery of the operating room nurse to care safetyknowledge mean scores were>4points;(2) operating room nurses nursing degree of knowled-ge of the safety of the surgery, but the patient’s temperature poor management knowledge;care of patients in the preoperative state of mind for the preoperative visit, the effectivepreoperative skin preparation with poor knowledge; assessment of the safety of the patientswere followed up knowledge is not high;(3) years of work, technical titles, the work is the main factor affecting the safety of operating room nurses care knowledge to master.Conclusions:This study summarizes and analyzes the status quo of domestic and international opera-ing room nursing safety management and the latest research progress, on the basis ofqualitative interviews, the Delphi expert advice, contains a three-level indicators and11secondary indicators,60three indicators room nursing safety management evaluation indexsystem. Shanghai eight hospitals of the current status of investigations, we can see, construct-ed in this study the operating room nursing safety management evaluation index system is aset of clinical nurse managers maneuverability is strong, practical good evaluation tools, andoperating room nurses need to fit, highlighting the characteristics of the work of the operatingroom, pay attention to the special feature.
