Objective:Based on the establishment and research of the effect evaluation system of operation room information management in a hospital, the evaluation system of the quality of operation room nursing information management is constructed to improve the quality of nursing management in operation room. And then, Using expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient of index. Finally, using the analytic hierarchy process method to test the consistency of the index of the matrix, the weight distribution of each layer index relative to the index of its dominant index have acceptable consistency ". Results:Construction of information service and information economy of two indicators at the first class level evaluation index, human resources management, work efficiency, work quality, management efficiency, income and expenditure evaluation and the cost of the patient of six indicators at the second class level, seventeen indicators at the third class level. To verify the evaluation index system is operable, select eight operation rooms of hospital A and eight operation rooms of hospital B to experiment, and found that the higher information of hospital A in every aspect is better than hospital B.
