The Curative Effect On Burning Mouth Syndrome Of Drug And Drug Combine Psychological Treatment

Objective:Contrast the differences of curative effect of simply taking vitaminsdrugs and take the same drug and psychological counseling treatment with burningmouth syndrome.Methods: A total of20burning mouth syndrome patients with drug therapygroup,20cases of drug combine psychological therapy group,during the treatment twogroups taking the same vitamins drugs,the drug combine psychological therapy groupuse a combination of psychological counseling for treatment.After4weeks comparingthe two treatment group efficient.Before the treatment the two groups were analyzedwith SAS,SDS and SCL-90comparing with20normal persons in the same area.Thedrug combine psychological therapy group were analyzed with SAS,SDS and SCL-90after treatment to observe changes of mental factors.Results:There is obvious tendency of depression(p<0.01) in burning mouthsyndrome patients,but not obvious in anxiety symptoms(p>0.05) comparing withnormal persons.SCL-90show us that there are very obvious differences betweenburning mouth syndrome patients and normal persons in body,obsessive-compulsivedisorder,sensitive interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety.(p<0.05orp<0.01)There are obvious differences of the the total effective rate between the twogroups.The differences of the drug combine psychological therapy group before andafter treatment in body, depression, paranoid are obvious.Conclusion:Psychological factors are closely related with burning mouthsyndrome.The effective rate of the drug combine psychological therapy group intreating burning mouth syndrome patients is higher than the drug therapy group.After psychological counseling in the drug combine psychological therapy group,there can beobvious differences in body, depression and paranoid.
