Continuous variableswere compared across the2groups using analysis of multiple factors Hotelling T2tests, For selected test group paired variables, tests were conducted to see if changeswithin group differed using analysis of Paired-Samples T Test. Statistical significancewas accepted at the0.05level given the multiple contrasts stated above.Results:1. Positioning of these findings, highlighting diversity was shown in the areas ofRole-Physical, Role-Emotional, Confrontation, Family Social Support and Acceptance-resignation, the P value were0.033,0.009,0.000,0.004,0.040, respectively.Statistical analyses revealed systemic health education precedes routine healtheducation in general description when discharged.2. After receiving the systematic health education, the scores in Physi-calFunctioning, Role-Physical, Role-Emotional, Bodily Pain, General Health,Confrontation and Acceptance-resignation were improved signifi-cantly (P<0.01orP<0.05) for the patients in the experimental group. Conclusion: The conclusion drawn is also valid that systemic health educationcan effectively improve quality of life in patients with arterioscl-erosis obliterans inlower extremity, especially in the dimensionalities of Physical Functioning,Role-Physical, Confrontation, Acceptance-resignati-on and Family Social Support.
