Objectives: To investigate the expression of the lung resistance-related protein(LRP) genes in non-small cell lung carcinomas (NSCLC) and Para-carcinoma tissuesand evaluate its clinical significance in Pathological parameters. Methods: Tumor tissue samples and Para-carcinoma tissue samples of30patientswith NSCLC were collected; to examine the expression level of LRP mRNA in NSCLCand Para-carcinoma tissues by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR); With reference to Para-carcinoma tissues, the S-P immunohisto-chemiealstaining (IHC) was used for detecting the expression of LRP proteins; The team dividedinto: gender, hispathological grade, pathological, age, TNM staging and lymphaticmove. The relationships between the expression of LRP in tumor tissues and variousclinical characteristics were investigated; Statistical analysis was carried out throughSPSS17.0software.Results: Expression of LRP mRNA in human non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)tissues and paratumor tissues were respectively1.11±0.42and0.75±035; Theexpression of LRP proteins in human non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues andparatumor tissues were respectively76.67%and33.33%,P <0.05, there werestatistical significance. Expression of LRP proteins significantly correlated withPathology classification, TNM staging and Lymph node metastases (P<0.05); however, expression of LRP proteins with gender, Pathological type and ages showed nosignificant difference.(the expression of LRP proteins in well、moderately and poorlydifferentiated was62.50%,92.31%and33.33%, respectively; the expression of LRPproteins in T1and T2was88.24%and53.85%, respectively; the expression of LRPproteins in N0and N1,N2was94.44%and50.00%, respectively).Conclusions:1.The expression of LRP mRNA and proteins in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues was higher than the expression of paratumor tissues, that canexist in the primary lung cancer drug resistance.2. The expression of LRP proteins in NSCLC correlated with the histopathologicgrade, TNM staging and lymphatic move; however, there were no significantlyrelationships among gender, pathological type and age.3. It is extremely significance to detect the expression of LRP genes for theprediction of the intrinsic multidrug resistance and the guidanee of individualizedchemical therapy in NSCLC Patients.
