The Peyer’s patches full single cell suspension by flow cytometry detection,compared with normal group, the mild group and severe group total-CD3+T-cell ratioincreased (p<0.05), the proportion of CD4+T cells rise (p<0.05); CD8+T cell ratiodecreased (p<0.05); increased ratio of CD4/CD8proportion; CD4+CD25+regulatory Tcells to reduce the proportion (p <0.05).2. Change detection of each cytokine mRNA expression by RT-PCR method compared with the normal group, the mild group and severe group TH1type cellssecreted IL-2and IFN-γ in the expression level decreased, TH2cells secrete elevatedexpression levels of IL-4and IL-10.Conclusion:1. Intestinal the advantage flora imbalance will lead to the Peyer’s patches Tlymphocytes constitute a proportional change, including elevated total T lymphocytesand helper T cells, the proportion of cytotoxic T cells and regulatory T cells reduce theproportion.2. Intestinal the advantage flora imbalance lead to the Peyer’s patches cytokineexpression changes, prompting the immune response toward the humoral immuneoffset.
