ObjectiveTo study the protective effect of Sodium nit-rite (SN) on lung injury induced by hemorrhagic shock-reperfusion in rat.MethodsTo randomly divide on average24healthy SD rats into Operation control group (Group OC), hemorrhagic shock resuscitation group (Group HSR) and Sodium nitrite group (Group SN).When the experiment finishes, select lungs to determine the activity of NO and NOS,and make a pathological investigation of the lungs.ResultTo be comparedwith groupHS,NO content and NOS activity in lungs in group SN increase drastically; To be compared with group HS pathological changes of lungs in group SN apparently weaken.ConclusionSN plays a good and protective role in lung injury.Likely,SN has a protective effect on lung reperfusion injury through reduccing NOS activity.Avoid excessive NOS activation, thereby reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury to the lung tissue.
