Objective: post-operative pain is the most common clinical acute pain, in recentyears, clinicians, health policy experts or patients themselves, form a relatively broadconsensus on the lack of postoperative pain management. The U.S. government healthagencies to develop clinical practice guidelines on the treatment of acute pain hasopened a new page of postoperative pain, at the same time more and more methods ofanalgesia and a new narcotic analgesic drug widely used in clinical practice, but so farthere is no method or drugs to achieve perfect clinical effect. Controlled analgesia drugdelivery technologies (PCA) is currently the most common clinical postoperativeanalgesia, it refers to when the patient feels pain, take the initiative to press the button ofthe computer-controlled micro-pump to the body injections doctors set in advance thedrug The dose of analgesia, can be divided into the intravenous PCA (PCIA), epiduralPCA (PCEA), and subcutaneous PCA (PCSA) and peripheral PCA (PCNA) and other.Systemic opioids at this stage of the treatment of postoperative pain, opioids are dividedinto opioid receptor agonists, opioid receptor agonist-blockers, postoperative analgesiause of the central nerve analgesic effect. Fentanyl (fentanyl in) is a common opioidreceptor agonist, has been widely used for intraoperative and postoperative analgesia;Dezocine (dezocine) is a new generation of opioid receptor agonists-blockers, thisthesis Dezocine with fentanyl in the clinical effects of general anesthesia, postoperativeintravenous analgesia (PCIA).Methods: Clinical immediately select120cases of anesthesia in patients withASA physical status I Level II, then divided into three groups Dezocine group A andgroup B for the fentanyl group, group C Dezocine fentanyl group, each of the40cases.A group of patients have completed before5~10min to give Dezocine0.1mg/kgloading dose the PCIA formula Dezocine0.8mg/kg granisetron3mg dexamethasone 10mg diluted with normal saline to100ml; Group B surgery10min to give the fentanyl1μg/kg loading dose the PCIA formula fentanyl16μg/kg granisetron3mgdexamethasone10mg diluted with normal saline to100ml; group C surgery5~10mingiven Dezocine0.1mg/kg loading dose, the PCIA formula Dezocine0.4mg/kg fentanyl10μg/kg Glasgow granisetron3mg dexamethasone10mg diluted with normal saline to100ml. Analgesia pump specifications for100ml, the speed of2ml/h,patient-controlled measurement of0.5ml/lock time is15min. Observed and recordedthe three groups of patients with postoperative2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,36h,48h pain score(VAS), sedation score (Ramsay), the Comfort score (BCS) as well as adverse reactions. Results: A, B, C, three groups can provide a relatively good postoperativeanalgesia, in which no significant difference in the VAS, Ramsay BCS at each timepoint (P>0.05) of group A and group C, postoperative adverse The reaction was nosignificant difference, but at the same time significantly lower than group B (P <0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group C on the analgesicefficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Dezocine and fentanyl for anesthesia, postoperative PCIA, the exacteffect of satisfaction, but individual differences in patients, Dezocine incidence ofadverse events is small.
