| Objectives:To detect the methylation level of the Wilms tumor gene-WTX in gastric cancer’s cancerous and precancerous, and normal gastric mucosa. The aim in this study is to discuss the correlation between methylation level of WTX and gastric cancer. Methods:The samples were collected from30gastric cancer patients which had been identified by pathology test and had surgical excision during October2011to June2011. The30samples are divided into cancer groupsã€precancerous groups and normal groups.Using the Methylation-specitic PCR to detect the methylation level of WTX in each group. Results:The methylation rates of WTX in gastric cancerous group(90%) was obviously high than that of precancerous group(18%) and normal gastric mucosa group(8%),(P<0.05).But the methylation rates between cancerous group and normal group had not Statistical differently。Conclusions:The high methylation rate of WTX in gastric cancerous organization may have important ship in the development of gastric cancer. |
