Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is a peculiar economic tree in China, traditional Chinesemedicine to Chinese medicine Eucommia ulmoides bark top grade, recent studies found that,the main active substances of Eucommia ulmoides leaf and Eucommia ulmoides bark close,and has the same pharmacological effect, in order to further analysis the specific medicinalcomponents in Eucommia ulmoides, to prove the feasibility of leaf for bark, to expand themedicine the purpose of the source. This paper uses eucommia leaf as research material,through water extraction of Eucommia ulmoides active pharmaceutical ingredients,flocculation, in order to determine the optimum extraction separation method, provides thetheory reference for the development and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides oliv. The mainresults are as follows:(1) Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract components in condition of water extractionEffect of extracting effective components of1ratio of material to liquid on the leafof Eucommia ulmoides was started with the feed liquid, ratio of increase, due to theconcentration of liquid solvent and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides solid solute the differencebetween the larger, conducive to the effective components of the solution; however, with theratio of material to liquid continues to increase, the ratio of material to liquid than1:16quality score, soluble effective components in Eucommia ulmoides leaves reached the limit,extracting the effective components of liquid quality increased less, concentration decreasedsignificantly. Considering the late purification cost saving, material to liquid ratio can bedetermined approximately1:16.Extraction time on the extraction of Eucommia ulmoides Olivleaf total flavone and aucubin have great influence, initially with the soaking time increased,conducive to the effective components of the solution, as time continues to increase, when theextraction time is over24h, the effective components of the present rate, decomposition rateand fast, thus reducing the extraction of effective components, considering the extraction timeis too short, active material stripping is not sufficient, and the time is too long, active materialis easy to decompose, so should be controlled at about24h.(2) Purification of Eucommia ulmoides leaf water extraction process optimizationsolution of inorganic coagulantThe content and quality of total flavonoids and aucubin as index, by comparing the3kinds of Flocculants: ferrous sulfate seven hydration (FeSO47H2O), polymeric ferricsulfate (SPFS), poly aluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) flocculation effect, using the singlefactor experiment method to determine the optimum purification conditions, in order toprovide a theoretical basis for the the effective components in the leaves of Eucommiaindustrialization utilization. The results show that, in the pH8~9conditions, with seven hydrated ferrous sulphate treatment first0.20%concentration of leaching solution, the bestflocculation effect.(3) Selection of ion exchange resinThe adsorption ability of two kinds of resin of geniposidic acid and aucubin, butcan be adsorbed by other magazine hit the purified separation; resin after regeneration,adsorption capacity can reach more than80%, long service life; LX015strong acidic styrenecation exchange resin separation effect than338alkalescent epoxy anion exchange resin, tworesin combination use, ideal separation effect.
