Among them1caseof middle to shaft of humerus fractures show no sign of healing of fracture aftertreatment after surgery did not continue to observe.(2) the period of time reduction and fixation method of treatment of humeralfractures in adults, according to the clinical efficacy of score before treatment,treatment after2weeks,4weeks after treatment, the symptoms, signs and X line piece have differences, the use of repeated measurement design analysis of variancewas statistically difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Time-phased therapy treatment of humeral fractures in adults, is asimple and effective manipulation.Staging of external fixation for humeral shaftfractures, especially in three different time periods with different fixation methods,effectively reduce the pain and complications, especially to promote healing andhealing, curative effect, is an ideal, safe and non operation treatment.
