Studies On Chemical Ingredients And Quality Control Standards Of Aconitum Vilmorrianum

From3different batches of Aconitum vilmorriamtm in Yunnan province, the researchers systematically investigated the characters, microscopy, powder characters, extracts, moisture content、ash content, and heavy metals. By chemical ingredient analysis,9compounds were isolated from Aconitum vilmorrianum, of which6compounds were identified, namely℃-sitosterol1、sachaconitine2、Vilmorrianine3、karakoline4、 yunaoconitine5、talatisamine6、isotalatizidine7、austroconitine8. For the first time, compound7and8were isolated from Aconitum vilmorrianum, of which yunaoconitine was highly enriched. With yunaoconitine as control, the method of measuring content by HPLC was established for the first time and validation analysis indicated the method was accurate, repeatable and feasible. These research results optimized the quality control standard for, laying basis for quality control of application of in prescription.
