Aconitum Vilmorinianum Komarov Comparative Study On The Different Processing Methods

According to the processing rules on Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov in Yunnan province(1986). Raw materials and processed products including steaming and boiling were subjected to HPLC analysis. In different sample, Yunaconitine,8-Deacetylyunaconitine, Austroconitine, Vilmorrianine A, Vilmorrianine C,Liquiritin, Ononin and Geniculatine C were detected. The results could provide further scientific basis of quality control standard on processing Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov.The fingerprint analysis showed processing approaches have great influence on the active components of Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov. It is necessary to focus on studies of processing adjuvants.The content of total alkaloids was determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method. The calibration curves(y =5.6429+0.0195 x, R2= 0.9878)plotted with different concentrations were calculated using absorbance of Yunaconitine(y) and concentration(x,μg/ml). The results could provide further research on quality control and a foundation for the clinical safety and efficacy of Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov.
