objective: To analyze the clinical features of111cases of Adults Allergic in adults,raising awareness of the disease. Methods: The clinical and laboratory data of111casesof allergic purpura in-patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang MedicalUniversity,between Jan2010and Dec2011,was retrospectively collected and analyzed.Results:Most patients with adults allergic purpura were young adults (54.05%under38years old). Numbers of male and female were equal.Adults allergic purpura occurred morecommonly in the winter and the spring than in the summer and the autumn. Upperrespiratory tract infections were the most important predisposing factor. Most cases withthe first symptom of skin purpura, only5cases of patients with first episode skinsymptoms.Joint nvolvement was observed in36cases(32.43%),abdominal involvement in37cases(33.33%),renal involvement in63cases(56.76%).Conclusion: Most patients withadults allergic purpura were young adult, no difference in sex. Upper respiratory tractinfection was the more common cause. System involvement was common,especially renaldamage. Differences in gender and organ involvement in different age groups of adultsallergic purpura had no statistical significance. Differences of routine bloodtest,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and upper respiratory tract infection in groups of renalinvolvement or not had no statistic significance.
