For these three problems, separately carries on the statistical analysis, which has statistical significance. Using t test, chi-square test, One-Way ANOVA variance analysis, Logistic regression analysis on the data obtained were statistically analyzed. To find out the factors influencing nurse-patient communication in the mother-baby separation ward through above analysis method, to provide a effective theoretical basis for the further development of effective countermeasures and suggestions for nurse-patient communication.Result1.In aspect of requirements of communication with nurses in puerpera from two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and requirements of communication with nurses in maternal separation were weaker than that of rooming-in puerperant. Nurses of different educational background, job, income level in maternal separation group, in aspect of cognition degree which quality the nurses should have, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), education, job level is higher, cognition degree which quality the nurses should have is more strong. Nurses of different degree, post in rooming-in group, in aspect of cognition degree which quality the nurses should have, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), higher education, job level, cognition degree which quality the nurses should have is more strong.5. Puerpera from two groups, their cognition of communication barriers, information requirements, nurses language requirements, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), in aspect of information requirements, whether to pay close attention to the infant’s condition, how to establish the relationship between mother and baby, how to maintain lactation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Nurses from two groups, their awareness of information requirements, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
