| Objective To observe the effectiveness of different dose of aspirin with the standard dose of clopidogrel for preventing stent thrombosis after percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stent intervention operation in30days.Methods From March2009to June2010drug-eluting stent were implanted in601patients(390male,211female;mean age of60.96±9.71years).All patients were diagnosed with angina pectoris and took loading dose clopidogrel and aspirin before percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stent intervention operation more than6hours.Time according to the DES intervention operation successively were randomly divided into group A1,A2,A3.The patients of A1group took aspirin100mg/day after percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stent intervention operation, the patients of A2group took aspirin200mg/day after intervention operation, the patients of A3group took aspirin300mg/day after intervention operation. To observe the incidence of acute and subacute stent thrombosis and the incidence of side effects of hemorrhage, gastrointestinal discomfort etc in30days.Results601patients were followed up for30days after percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stent intervention operation. No acute stent thrombosis occurred, subacute stent thrombosis occurred in2cases in A1group.No acute and subacute stent thrombosis occurred in A2and A3group.There was no significant difference between groups.Side effects occurred in7cases in A1group,in15cases in A2group,in17cases in A3group.There was significant difference between groups. With the increase of dose of aspirin side effects associated with aspirin were more and more. Conclusion Aspirin of100mg/day can effectively prevent acute and subacute stent thrombosis,at the same time reduce the occurrence of side effects associated with aspirin after percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stent intervention operation in30days. |
