| Personality test has been more and more widely used in the identification ofpersonality differences, especially in terms of personnel selection, career choices, as well asthe cultivation of healthy personality play a positive role, the psychological state of the newrecruits in dynamic monitoring more troops stability of one of the support means. Therefore,how to effectively and accurately conduct the dynamic tests monitoring the mental healthstatus of recruits to become the main purpose of this study. The same time as the maincognitive tests of digital search tests were the level of tension and the ability to respond,prompted researchers digital search tests in personnel screening process in a supporting role,so this study by the usual personality test (16PF) the digital search Aptitude Test (FST) todetect its role to reduce the tests the leakage check the rate has important theoretical andpractical significance. In the present study, new solders are measured by the questionnaireincluding the16PF and digital searching test. This study is to investigate the dynamicalchanging of the solders’ personality,the mood state and the cognitive capability. We hopethat this data can provide the theoretical understanding and guide of the mental health inmilitary and further improve the combat power of our troops.This study selected the General Staff in3554of a unit of the new enlisted soldiers asdeveloped by the equipment Department of the testers, the application of the FourthMilitary Medical University, Department of Aerospace Medicine DXC-6-typepsychological evaluation instrument these digital search test and16PF, A total of three tests.Those measurements are carried out in December2010, November2011and October2012.After each measurement, the results of each test, and the relationship between them. At last,correlation analysis and digital search tests with16PF quiz are required.By The major findings:(1) New enlisted soldiers aptitude test results found that the best results first, but thesecond and three test results worse, there is a certain relationship that digital search test results and motivation.(2)16PF new enlisted soldiers of different ages, different qualifications, differenthousehold registration, and different family education background level of mental health,there are significant differences. College education, over the age of21, city of residence,new recruits soldiers emotions is the most stable and mature, the best level of mental health.(3) Through the analysis of the test results on the16PF test score and digital search fornew enlisted soldiers, quick thinking, good at learning and the soldiers with a high level ofmental health Aptitude Test score higher. Prompts the level of mental health level may exista certain relationship with the subjects’ cognitive abilities.(4) Digital search and the dynamic monitoring gradually become familiar with thecamp life, the test results show a significant difference, but due to the seriousness and withthe degree of decline do tests, so the decline in digital search test results16PF certaindimensions appear to score higher while some scores to reduce the phenomenon, and thatmental health but declined.
