Objective: Uighur medicine based on the technique of high performanceliquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC) to analysis thechanges of the amino acid and fatty acid content in abnormal Savda tumorsyndromes patients, which can analysis the mechanism of differencemetabolites. Methods: plasma samples from225cases of abnormal Savdatumor syndromes patients,232cases of abnormal unsavda syndromeneoplasm patients and50cases of healthy people. Samples were detectedwith HPLC and GC after special preparation. The data were compiled andintegrated, than identify the discrepant metabolin of the amino acid and fattyacid content by Orthogonal Partial Least-Squares Discriminant Analysis(OPLS-DA)and T text. Results: OPLS-DA analysis of spatial distribution ofabnormal Savda showed obvious trends in the classification of cancer patientsand healthy people. Compared with healthy people: include isoleucine, leucine, alanine, histidine, glutamic etc.in plasma samples. They arestatistically significant difference (P<0.05)in quantification results.Inaddition, saturated fatty acid include Myristic acid, palmitic acid, palm oil, acid, stearic acid, EPA, arachidic acid content has statistically significantdifference (P<0.05) in plasma.Compared to abnormal Savda syndrome tumorpatients, abnormal Unsavda syndrome tumor patients have statisticalsignificance in valinein leucine, isoleucine, glutamic, serine in plasmasamples, Besides peanut acid have difference was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in plasma samples Conclusion:(1) Based on the dataanaylsis and identify the discrepant metabolin in plasma samples neoplasmpatients with abnormal Savda (2)Abnormal Savda patients, whose the citricacid cycle and glycolytic pathway of tumor patients is suppressed, amino acidmetabolism, branched-chain amino acid metabolism enhancement; higherlevels of saturated fatty acids...
