| Objective:The purpose is to know the status of doctor-patient relationship and to put forward countermeasures related to improving the doctor-patient relationship, by investigating the degree of satisfaction of different grade hospital medical staff and patient. Methods:This study uses stratified random sampling method, taking hospital grade as the basic sampling unit, drawing4three-level hospitals and5two-level hospitals at random, carrying out samples respectively200patients and200doctors with layers according to different technical offices in every hospital.Then handing out3600questionnaire (1000patients and1000doctors in two-level hospitals,800patients and800doctors in three-level hospitals),2610effective questionnaire (722patients and743doctors in two-level hospitals,576patients and569doctors in three-level hospitals), the rate of recovery is72.5%. Survey results using Excel software entry, based on a descriptive analysis, through the analysis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and establishment of mathematical models, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to satisfaction. By conditions of non-stepwise Logistic regression analysis method, regression models, analysis of main factors affecting the satisfaction of both doctor and patient. Results:Analysis showed that the main factors influencing hospital patient satisfaction was "hospital treatment"; the main factors affecting patients’satisfaction with three-level hospitals is "the basic skills of nurses". two-level hospitals and three-level hospitals in the most unsatisfactory factor is also "waiting for the doctor’s time"; and dimethyl effect three main factors of satisfaction degree of hospital medical staff are the "Director of innovation support" and "directors praised work progress". Medical personnel the most unsatisfactory factor is the current level of income and benefits, medical personnel generally felt that their income does not reflect the value of their labor and skills. Conclusion:This paper argues that the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients should be to improve the level of medical treatment, the rational design of treatment process, perfect system construction, build good medical ethics, strengthen the communication between doctors and patients and medical personnel occupation morality, strengthening hospital management and business training, improve staff benefits and other aspects, improving the relationship between doctors and patients. |
