The Research About The Prevalence Of Endometrial Polyps In Common Gynecological Disease

Objective:Purpose to discuss the prevalence of endometrial polyps in commongynecological disease,include myoma of uterus,adenomyosis of uterus and ovarianendometriosis cyst.Methods: To compared444patients who diagnosed with myoma of uterus,adenomyosisof uterus or ovarian endometriosis cyst with158healthy women from Januray,2012toJune,2012.We analysised the prevalence of endometrial polyps which combined with thisthree kinds of diease.Results:Finally,we found that the prevalence of myoma of uterus combined withendometrial polyps is16.56%, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Theincidence of adenomyosis of uterus combined with endometrial polyps is16.08%, thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.01). The prevalence of ovarian endometriosiscyst combined with endometrial polyps is15.33%, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P <0.01).Conclusion:The prevalence of suffering from the endometrial polyps was higher in thepatients who has myoma of uterus,adenomyosis of uterus or ovarian endometriosis cystthan in the healthy women. Endometrial polyps are associated with this three diseases.
