With the development of the medical and health system reform in our country,thedisadvantages of the doctor-patient relation-ship formed in the planned economy isgradually exposed. In recent years, medical expense rise sharply in our country, seeingdoctors has become the most concerning problem among ordinary people.On April30,2012,the ministry of health and the ministry of public security issued a notificationregarding the maintenance of medical order.Crack down on violations of doctorscrime.increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has became one of the most importantthing in our society.At present, health care reform in our country is gradually deepened. Hospitals anddoctors as the suppliers of medical service,together with medical servicesdemand——patient,constitute the supply and demand of medical services.In thedoctor-patient relationship,one of the most prominent feature is the state of asymmetricinformation.Because of the existence of this situation,dispute between doctors and patientscontinues.While the government had corresponding control measures, but we did not seesubstantial progress.This article selects the "Shanghai medical alarm event" and "Nanpingmedical alarm event" as cases,then analysis the attributes and how the society deal withproblems of the doctor-patient relationship.We found that information asymmetry causesmistrust and communication barriers between the doctors and patients.But the existingmethods can not ease the doctor-patient contradiction.The government needs to find amore effective governance mechanism to dispose doctor-patient problem.
