Research On The Construction Of Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Co Governance

Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is not only an important basis for building a harmonious society,but also an important guarantee for promoting the construction of a healthy China.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,people’s income level and quality of life have been continuously improved,people pay more attention to health problems,which puts forward higher and higher requirements and expectations for medical and health services.The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan points out that "health is an inevitable requirement for promoting the all-round development of human beings and a basic condition for economic and social development.To achieve a healthy and long life of the people is an important symbol of the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation,as well as the common aspiration of the people of all ethnic groups".However,affected by multiple factors such as society,economy,medical conditions,and medical level,there is still an obvious contradiction between the current medical and health conditions in China and the people’s demand for medical resources.Under the effect of this contradiction,the doctor-patient contradiction in some areas presents a trend of frequent occurrence,and has triggered a series of doctor-patient contradictions and conflicts.In order to accelerate the construction of a healthy China and actively build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,this study conducted a systematic survey of relevant hospitals in G District of S City from 2020 to 2022.The survey found that,with the acceleration of social transformation,the doctor-patient relationship showed a trend of complexity,indirection and interest,and the difficulty of dealing with doctor-patient conflicts increased.At the same time,the contradiction between supply and demand of medical services has become increasingly prominent,the satisfaction of patients with medical experience is not high,the trust between doctors and patients has declined,and even caused a series of "medical problems".Investigating its root cause,the current doctor-patient contradiction is not limited to the contradiction between doctors and patients.The important reasons for the doctor-patient contradiction are the inadequate reform of the government medical system,the insufficient participation of social organizations in the adjustment mechanism,and the irresponsible false propaganda of the media.In other words,the physician-patient contradiction is essentially a reflection of the complex social relationship in the process of social transformation.In terms of the relationship between the governance subjects,the inducement of the physician-patient contradiction is rooted in the "synergy inertia"between the multiple subjects.How to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become the key to resolve the doctor-patient conflict.The scientific research on the doctor-patient relationship in western developed countries started early,and accumulated a lot of experience in the process of resolving the doctor-patient conflict,which has a certain inspiration for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in China.On the basis of reasonably absorbing the experience of western doctor-patient conflicts,based on the actual situation of our country,this paper advocates the governance concept of collaborative governance,actively implements the responsible subject of collaborative governance,optimizes the corresponding collaborative governance mechanism,and improves the effectiveness of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship by constantly improving the collaborative governance system of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
