Section oneThe Clinical Value of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase1（MAPK1/ERK2）Levels inPatients with Lung CancerObjectiveto detect the level of MAPK1/ERK2in the plasma of lung cancer and research therelationship between the factor and the type,clinical stage, TNM stage of lung cancer,airway of infiltration, clinical markers.MethodsPlasma level of MAPK1/ERK2were detected by ELISA in78patients with lungcancer,27patients with benign lung diseases, and14lealthy people.ResultsThe level of MAPK1/ERK2was significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than inhealthy controls and those with benign lung diseases (p<0.05), meanwhile,The level ofMAPK1/ERK2was significantly higher in patients with benign lung diseases than inhealthy controls (p<0.05).The level of MAPK1/ERK2was not related withsex,age,smoking, the type of lung cancer,clinical stage, TNM stage, airway of infiltration,clinical markers(CEA、NSE、CYERA21、SCC).Section twoThe Clinical Value of Autofluorescence Bronchoscopy And Tumor Biological MarkerIn Diagnosis of Lung CancerObjectiveto explore the clinical value of autofluorescence bronchoscopy and tumor biologicalmarker in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods78Hospitalized patients were examinated by WFB,117Hospitalized patients were examinated by AFB and tumor biological marker in April2012to October2012Resultsthe sensitivity of WFB, tumor biological marker, AFB and Joint examination was44.1%,60.8%,61.3%and82.4%. the specificity of WFB,tumor biological marker, AFBand Joint examination was78.9%,75%,65.8%and47.2%. The sensitivity of AFB wassignificantly higher than the sensitivity of WFB（p=0.047）. The sensitivity of jointexamination was significantly higher than the sensitivity of single examination (p<0.005).Conclusion1. MAPK1/ERK2have a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.It can beused as a novel biological marker for lung cancer.2. it advocates examination of AFB and tumor biological marker in patients withsuspected lung cancer in order to Improve the diagnosis of lung cancer.
