The sensitivity of AFB wassignificantly higher than the sensitivity of WFB(p=0.047). The sensitivity of jointexamination was significantly higher than the sensitivity of single examination (p<0.005).Conclusion1. MAPK1/ERK2have a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.It can beused as a novel biological marker for lung cancer.2. it advocates examination of AFB and tumor biological marker in patients withsuspected lung cancer in order to Improve the diagnosis of lung cancer.
