Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitisin children, to investigate this disease Pathogenesis, summarize common clinical syndrometype, to seek new ideas in medicine mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, the new method oftreatment, so that to provide a reference for diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis TCMstandardization, and to provide theoretical and practical basis for guiding clinical practicemedicine.Methods: Collected in July2012to September2013in Gansu college of traditionalChinese medicine affiliated hospital of pediatrics outpatient service, at the same time in themesenteric lymphadenitis, western medicine diagnosis standard and standard of syndromes of120cases of children. A completely randomized study methods, according to the doctor order(the proportion of3:1) is divided into the treatment group90cases and control group30cases.Treatment group by the medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicine syndromedifferentiation and treatment in oral treatment, control group to the vein inflammationanti-infection treatment,7days for a course. Observation records in the two groups before andafter treatment in children with clinical symptoms and signs of change, based on the main andsecondary mesenteric lymphadenitis symptom scoring quantization table to compare twogroups of clinical curative effect, Inductive pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis commonsyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and performance, summarizes the clinicalmedication rule and characteristic.Results:(1) Clinical curative effect evaluation: treatment group total effective rate was95.6%after taking the drug, and the control group total effective rate was86.7%, the rank test,P<0.05, with significant difference, the treatment group was better than the control group.Two groups in terms of main and second disease improve all have certain effect, but thetreatment group was better than control group; Two groups of lymph nodes before and afterthe treatment of vertical and horizontal diameter after data processing, P>0.05, there was nostatistically significant difference. Two groups during the drug adverse reactions, thetreatment group appear nausea and vomiting in5cases, caused by a traditional Chinesemedicine medicinal broth taste stimulus, improve food again after medication to ease;9cases of control group in4cases of diarrhea, loss of appetite. Following Endometriosisclinical medicine, phlegm, consumer product, qi and blood circulation, relieve pain and otherprinciples, concurrently with the spleen and stomach, were satisfactory.
