Clinical Observation Of Wenzhong Changning Decoction In Treating 60 Cases Of Children’s Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Spleen-stomach Deficiency Cold Type)

Purpose: Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenzhong Ning decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)by two different treatment methods.To provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:60 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).In the control group,3 weeks as a course of treatment,two consecutive courses of treatment,compared,followed up for 2 months.Result: in the treatment group,30 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment group was93.33%.In the control group,0 cases were cured.In the control group,the total effective rate was 76.67 and the rank sum test(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,which indicated that Wenzhong Changning decoction had a significant effect in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type).Conclusion: Wenzhong Changning decoction is effective in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)without any side effects,which provides a new treatment direction for clinical treatment.
