Clinical Observation And Analysis Of Acute Closed Achilles Tendon Rupture

Objective: The objective of the study is to get the best clinical method of fresh bluntAchilles tendon rupture through the analysis of45patients who used to be treated inShandong Medical University hospital.Methods: Forty-five patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture who weretreated in Shandong Medical University hospital were enrolled in the retrospective study.After the conduct of an average of12months of follow-up of selected cases, the long-termefficacy of the final follow-up was evaluated by “Arner-Lindholm evaluationstandard”.The forty-five cases were divided into different groups according the ordinaryintermittent the suture complications,the TiNi stapling intradermal suture complications,the ordinary intermittent the suture and nickel titanium memory alloy staplingintradermal suture complications, hyaluronic acid prognosis, Huoxuezhitong bulk groupinfluence on the prognosis.And the data was analyzed by statistical software.Results: Among the45cases of surgical patients,25cases were operated by TiNialloy stapling line continuous intradermal suture,while other20cases using silk lineordinary interrupted suture. There was no no significant difference in the incidence ofdifferent complications (P>0.05) between the two different groups after surgery, whilesignificant difference in the incidence of total complications(P <0.05). Among the45operated patients,18patients were evenly2ml of sodium hyaluronateinside and outsidethe tendon tissues before the skin incision was closed,while the remaining27patientsdid not use sodium hyaluronate.According to the Arner-Lindholm evaluationstandard,the control group and treatment group were analyzed by rank sum test, and theresult showed that there was significantly different (P <0.05) between the twogroups.Among the45surgical patients,20cases were fumigated Achilles with thehospital self-made analgesic in the first four weeks after the operation, while the other 25cases were not.The result of the Arner-Lindholm evaluation standard showed thatthere was significantly different (P <0.05) in curative effect between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)In order to improve the diagnosis rate,we must raise ourawareness, and attention to clinical signs, in particular, be familiar with the normal footimaging.(2) Because of the poor blood, acute closed Achilles tendon rupture underwentopen surgery to cut the skin and subcutaneous tissue do not anatomical level, so as notto increase the blood supply to destroy the additional closing the incision in order toreduce the incidence of post-operative complications.(3)The Nickel titanium memoryalloy stapling is a function of type of biomedical materials compared with the ordinaryinterrupted suture.
