Facilitating Pain Relief Party For Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Adenomyosis Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the effect of Facilitating Pain Relief Party for treatment of qistagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis in clinical curative effect, and to explore itsmechanism, providing science basis for its clinical application. Methods:60patients withfacilitating pain relief party and qi stagnation and blood stasis type adenomyosis wererandomly divided into treatment group (30cases, oral Facilitating Pain Relief party),control group (30cases, oral Hongjinxiaojie concentrated pill), in the10days before, usedrug10days continuously,3menstrual cycles for a course of treatment. Comparison of theanalgesic effect of two groups before and after treatment, clinical efficacy (mass narrowextent) and blood rheology indexes, serum cancer antigen125(CA125), serum antiendometrial antibodies (EmAb) and the changes of E2. Results: the treatment group andthe control group the clinical total effective rate were96.67%,63.33%, two groups hadsignificant difference (P <0.01); in the analgesic effect, two groups of the total efficiencyof respectively96.67%,80.00%, two groups had significant difference (P=0.01). Aftertreatment of hemorheological indices were obviously improved (P <0.05), the treatmentgroup in the reduction of blood high cut, the blood low shear viscosity, plasma than incontrol group (P <0.05).B ultrasound in gynecology: adnexal mass was significantlyreduced (P <0.01), CA125, EmAb decreased significantly (P <0.01), between the groupshad significant difference (P <0.01or P <0.05).
